This dual exhibition brings together the works of Bernard Lokai (a master student of Gerhard Richter) and Michael Großer (a master student of Bernard Lokai).

Whilst Lokai breaks up the canvas with his “Foldings” and radical stylistic departures from classical oil painting and splashes of neon, Großer creates flowing, rhythmic “colour spaces” in his large-format works, straddling the line between deliberate control and pure chance. A fascinating visual symbiosis of teacher-pupil dynamics and modern gestural art.
