ARE YOU A BOY? Susanne Ristow
Courage and mystery are the keys to a new series of works by Susanne Ristow.
She was inspired by famous images and poses of women from the history of art and pop culture and reinterpreted them using her son as a model. The result is a fascinating painterly interplay between the ages and ideas about gender.
