Our Berlin painter and sculptor Detlef Waschkau creates conceptual cityscapes and the vibrancy of urban life. His overlapping and clashing layers of relief and color make us see the ever-fascinating phenomenon of urban identity. They are incredibly aesthetic works of art that are created in painterly and sculptural steps. Each artistic work is a powerhouse of emotions and an anchor point for its people.
